Business Builders (Pt:2) Do You Have A Start Up Or CEO Mindset?
Welcome back business builders! In this week's episode I want to cover overcoming the critical shift from a startup mindset to stepping into the role of strategic CEO. Be honest with yourself, how much time are you spending working in your business vs on it?
If you’re ready to stop being the bottleneck in your business, stuck doing day-to-day tasks and you want to start reclaiming your time, this episode is for you!
It’s time to step into your role as the visionary leader!
Key topics covered:
- Startup vs. CEO mindset; why letting go of ‘doing-it-all’ is essential for growth.
- How to identify tasks only you can do and create systems to help you delegate the rest.
- The power of small steps like automating administrative tasks and refining workflows to buy back your time.
- Embracing imperfection, trusting your team, and focusing on your vision for the future.
- Let’s close the gap between who you are now and who your business needs you be to get to achieve your business’ mission!
Challenge:
- Make a list of what you’re doing in your business.
- Circle the tasks that only you can do as the leader.
- Take everything else on your list of tasks and write down one step you can take towards delegating/automating those items. Do the easiest wins first, these will likely be a lot of administrative tasks with the goal to buy back your time.
- Then start identifying the higher lift items and start chipping away one by one with time you created from your initial wins.
